This is a boring Post

In fact if it wasn't my blog I wouldn't read it.

I just am filling the void of 2 weeks and no post.
When we last left our hero she was 21. That's still pretty much the most exciting thing that's happened in a while. So friday the 13th (ooooooooo) it really wasn't that scary. I went to see "Employee of the Month". I'm not sure how to review this movie without offending anyone. Ok let's put it this way. If you have been a Dane Cook follower since the BK Longue... Now i'm not talking about watching it on Comedy Central, i'm talking about the boot leg cd that you got from your friends boyfriend. (thanks gaygay) Then you will be very disapointed with this movie. Now if the first time you saw Dane Cook was on SNL or Leno, then it's your movie. Jessica Simpson makes me angry. There I said it. No Bj's or Sam's club or super walmart employee looks like her, or even has a friend that looks like her. In face they prob will never in there lifetime. (you get the point) Therefor, do not show up to work in tight sweater's that make your fake Ma-ming-esh look good. Not only that, but her acting is about as good as the Tower Street Elementary School Production of "The Trial of Hanzel and Grettle". Yes, I was the judge in that production, and even at 8 years old, I was a better actress then she.

Moving on, after that went to Crapplebees and Perk's for Drink's. PP's brother was there. He's the best. And he bought me a Mojito, and a black and white cookie mmmmm. Saturday went to the hall cleanup. Then I drove to brooklyn, (not nyc). K2thelee and her significant other are leasing a house. It's wicked cute. And it's on an acre or so of land with a river/stream going through it. I'm looking forward to kayaking there this summer. So I stayed most of the day/night, moved boxes and painted. I am quite the little wall divinci.

Sunday went over va-jj's. She had some bedfud friends. Ha i think thats how you say it with the cheesy acent. That was fun. FYI if we have to someday live on fire's, I will freeze to death, a bottle of lighterfluid later and nothing.

Monday ! Started the track campaign! I hope the kingdom message reaches the entire world. That's the big goal. My individual goal, is to defeat shannon. Now, I know we shouldnt stir up competiton. But I tell you what, when it's 4:30 in the afternoon and raining and you've been going since 9am, that small goal makes you get to steppin'. So yes shannon, you will loose. I will place more tract's. Oh Oh, monday night I went spinning with Meg and some other ladies. Omg. What is spinning you say? Well if Satan wore spandex and road a bicycle, that would be spinning. Spinning is an intense class of extreme stationary bike riding with techno music and fancy lights. And a women in the front who is miserable, and wants to make you miserable by yelling commands and making you ride faster. The next day I struggled to walk. Yeah it was bad. The bike seat is this tiny excuse for rubber. I am a full figured women, that thing can not support me. No bike seat can hold me! haha moving on..

This weekend. Friday the 20th. Hung out with my cuz Nk. Then went to Dylan's for drinks. Then went over huckstables and watched Click. It was pretty good. It was funny but had a very sad sequence of scenes that I did not like. Saturday got a flu shot!! I am excited about this. I refuse to die this winter. I went to walmart for this. ugggh. Yes I know. But when your poor white trash like myself, you takes what you can gets. But when I got to the walmart in town, oh were sorry were not doing that. You have to go to groton! (insert punching fist).

So I drove to groton and got it. Ahhhh. Then I hung out at my aunt's for most of the day. Ate at North End Deli, great food. Then saw another movie The Prestige. I really should rename this blog to the weekend of the movies. I liked it. Main favorite parts. Christian Bale. mmmmmm McMagician. Hugh Jackman mmmm another McMagician. However, leaving I still am confused on many things. So if you've seen it and understand the movie email me Jbumps@yahoo.com. We will discuss you know whatever the movie, daughters, coffee, barbara.

Ok good, let's move on. But before that. This weekend, Joe K bought a sweet kayak for the two of us, it's a Necky. We got an excellent deal, it's 13.6 feet, with a rad rudder system. So I met up with my aunt and uncle and my cousin on Wednesday and we went kayaking at Bluff Point. Joe K showed up later and him and Tony attempted a two person kayak, sooo funny. Then I had dinner with them and Netty who was visiting.

Thurday I turned 21. I've decided I do not want to age anymore. I'm sastified with 21, no older no younger. ha but anyways. I worked with spaz, went to the meeting, then went over corto's. It was cool, some people were their to watch Grey's (mmmmm mcsteamy is mcgorgeous, i would love to put him in a mcgridle)anyways. Had some dinner, watched tv, had my first drink, A margarita. Slept over corto's (which is tradition). Next day, friday, worked, came home for a bit. That night went out to Go Fish with some girls. Then after met Ac and a jewish guy at maragrita's. There were games that you could play to win stuff. Needless to say, I am master of the world. I won a blender, tshirt, beer glass, a day planner, and a sombreo. I rule ! You never know when knowing the ingredients to guacamole will come in handy, well on this evening it did. After another night of giggels went back to corto's and went to bed.

Saturday slept in. Went home again for a bit, then got ready and met up with D and James and went to Boston. We also met up with Fluf and Fluffett, who came too. We met up with another random person and went to eat at Giacome's. It was wicked good as usual. In the line to get in, I met this really nice girl and we got to talking. She was there with her Bf. We ended up sitting next to them at the very small restaurant. When she got up to go to the bathroom he told us he was going to ask her to marry him. So the whole place got quiet, and he purposed. She said Yes, and everyone cheered, it was so awesome and very romantic. I took some pictures of them, and I emailed them today. I got a very nice thank u email. After that we headed to the Paradise to see the Brazilian Girls play.

They were amazing as usual. I saw them last year at the same place. There just a very fun dance, technoish band. I got on stage, haha, I dont know how lol. We met some other people from boston. Including Pinto's GF. We were instant friends, and dance buddies. Some other "people" were there who we payed no attention to. After went back to D's and got home after 3 yuck.

Sunday went to the meeting. Then came home and went with Joek to Jonathan Edward's Wine tasting. My first one. It was a lot of fun. Tryed some nice wines. And the food was so delicous, esp the tomato fancy something something soup. And Sugar Daddy was playing so I danced a bunch more. Then after went to Ang + Al's and had dinner with the fam and watched tv.

Monday (today) ended up sleeping in SHOCKER. Got up and went kayaking with a bunch of people. Literally 20 of us in canoe's and kayak's, it was nuts. And it was an over 3 hour trip. All down wood river, hopeless vally area. My arm's were on fire at the end of the day. The water was freezing. I got stuck a couple of times and had to pull myself out. All and all it was a great trip and i'm so glad we all went. After we all went to brita's and had dinner. Played card's, salsa'd, swing danced. Then ended up curling up with sarah vajjay on the couch. A fabulous end to a fabulous weekend.

The Raconteurs...The Big E...Jamie Cullum... And HAPPY 1 YEAR OF BLOGGING

I posted 8 days ago, yet I have so many updates...

Starting with, I've been blogging for 1 year. That's right, over the past year you people have continued to waste minutes if not hours each week sitting at a computer reading my useless story's and trying to understand my inside jokes. I salute all of you out there, getting fatter by the moment. haha, but no really thanks for staying with me for a year of blogging and onto another one. And for kicks, click on september 2005 and read my first Big E post, not a whole lot has changed.

Thurday night, I went to see the Raconteurs at Lupos. The opening band was Dr. Dog or as I called them Dr. "Db". They were horrible. I clapped and cheered when they said it was there last song. Ahh but the Raconteurs, there were amazing. I was impressed too, because I assumed it was going to be the Jack White show, ney actually Brendan Benson, the other guitar player, ended up doing more singing and more solos then jack white. I really enjoyed his voice. After the show, some idiot at the idea to go to the after party. The Alt vault, blah, I felt like if I touched the walls, I would get herpies. Stayed literally 10 minutes, just long enough to score free junk from BRU, then made my way home.

Friday went to dinner at Billias. Now I know the name Billias in spanish mean Biles, ie vomit, but I gotta tell you the food was Moi Bien. Then I went to Perks and Corks and saw some guy's I went to WHS with playing music. They were super good, and I even sat in on drum (djembe) with them. Saturday did not get up for service, instead met up with Marsha and her friend and went to the big E.

Ahh the Big E. I heart it more and more every year. We got there walked around, I ate a Corn Dog, it was good. Then met up with a bunch of people. No I am not naming them all, and even if I did I would use nick names and you wouldnt get it anyways. The Big E had a circus. It was actually very impressive, because the Quick Change Magicians (they were on America doesnt have talent) were there and they performed. I wish I could get dressed that fast. Then we played some games, I rode the swings a lot, general marymaking of sorts. I have a video of us on the swings on my phone, If i can figure out how to post it I will. Ate some more food, fajita's, and on the way to the bathroom found a slushy, haha. Then someone had a hint of crack showing, I grabbed a quarter, ran over and made a wish. No it didnt come true, but it made for great laughs/me apoligizing a lot, BIG SHOCKER.


The Next day, Sunday went with the Kenyons to there meeting. Then poped into Chinease to say hi to some people, when I run into AC, who clearly is not learning chinease. That was funny. Went on a chinease call, had some lunch, then headed to New Haven for Jamie Cullum.

Jamie Cullum. I went again with all of my family, pp's brother, and Billy G. In a previous post, I saw Jamie play about 4 months ago at Foxwoods. We had front row there, and I joked how I got to touch him, (shook his hand, whatever). Well in New haven we had 2nd row. But it was straight out of a Dane Cook sketch, because I was in the woofer. I couldnt hear anything, so I moved to a farther back seat. I ended sitting with PP's brother who I just met, talk about funny. But at the end of the show, Jamie once again called everyone on stage, and me, nick, and little lisa rushed it. I'm dancing next to Jamie's piano when oh thats right, he said excuse me and walked past me to play. So i'm standing 2 inches from him while he played. I got some nice pics and a great video, that I will try to post. And yes again I touched him. His hair was really nappy, but i still heart him. His show was great (see i told you gavin) Oh ya him and his possy was there as well. hollar. Jamie even played Sexy Back, which I thought was great. After the show went to a Greek diner and stuffed myself. And got home at 130 and to take a coma.


Today I did nothing! Im still in my pj's at 7pm. I'm waiting for my monday night shows, then back to bed. Tomorrow back to reality. But I gotta say it was one heck of a week. Oh and for anyone keeping score, 3 days and couting left!
